Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled and customer-oriented Bartenders and Lead Bartenders to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner. Pay is hourly plus tips and our Bartenders make bank in the summer! All availabilities will be considered as we are looking to cover days, nights and weekend shifts. This will start as a seasonal job May through August with an opportunity to move to permanent employment at summer's end.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences

- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Adhere to all food safety and handling guidelines

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of alcohol

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Bartender in the hospitality or restaurant industry

- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks

- Familiarity with cash register systems and basic math skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred

- Must be at least 21 years old

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
